EXCURSIONS
• BRUGES, one of the most appealing and picturesque cities in Europe, radiating an irresistible charm. Once a flourishing trading centre where its rich merchants lovingly built their homes to last, and these days visitors flock to enjoy the picture postcard beauty and rich legacy they left behind. The cobbled streets and ancient humped bridges create a unique character - small enough to explore on foot, by canal, or even horse drawn carriage. There is so much to see & do - museums, art galleries, good restaurants and pretty shops selling lace, speciality beers and of course chocolates! We include a morning guided walking tour of the city on our first day • AN EXCURSION TO GENT Criss-crossed by canals and with a fine array of impressive medieval buildings - its collection of more than 900 listed building is the largest in Flanders - this picturesque city is one of Europe's treasures. We have a guided tour in the morning, and the remainder of the day is free to explore at your leisure |
